I cannot say enough good things about Andrew Frizzle and his team. Over the last 20 years Andrew has covered my auto insurance. My renters insurance ;my homeowners insurance ;my business insurance….Andrew is so good at what he does sometimes I’m trying to buy insurance I don’t even need ha ha.

I’ve had a few wrecks over the decades, but in September 2025, I was in a very serious accident where my car was completely totaled. I’ve never been in that kind of accident before. Literally as I was standing on the side of 495 waiting for the tow truck, I called Andrew who picked up immediately—by the way something he always does —to ask him if he could please start a prepping me up for a rental car. By the time I hit the tow lot 30 minutes later, my rental car was confirmed and ready to go. This is the kind of service you need immediately when there is a serious emergency.

State Farm is always the best price, and at least dealing with Andrew, he is responsive, attentive, thorough and he genuinely cares.

We have been customers of Andrew Frizzle’s State Farm branch for over two years and have been extremely pleased with the cost and quality of products offered, and especially, with the customer service we receive.
We recently had an issue with our account, and Debbie was amazing helping us resolve it. She truly went above and beyond, and we are so appreciative of her help!
In general, when I need to contact custom service for the vendors we use, I dread making the call, knowing I will be put in an endless queue with looping elevator music, and eventually wind up losing an argument with a robot. But that has never been a concern when I’ve needed to contact State Farm for assistance.
A friendly human always answers the phone and provides superior customer service. Any questions I have are quickly addressed and I can move on with my day.
